How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your shipment directly through the 'My Orders' section on our website.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy for most products, provided they are unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Hygiene products like innerwear are not eligible for return.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India.
How do I ensure I pick the right size?
Every product page includes a detailed Size Guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it against our chart to find your perfect fit, whether it's Slim, Regular, or Relaxed fit.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days for metropolitan cities and 5-7 business days for other regions.
