Return Process

  Pack the Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, labels, and the invoice are included.

  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to pick up the package and provide a collection receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once the items reach our warehouse and pass a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
